**Data Migration Specialist**

We are seeking a talented software engineer who has experience especially in Data Migration to play a crucial role in migrating data from diverse sources, including old/legacy software and paper records, to our modern database systems.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator, Database Engineer, or similar role.
- Extensive expertise in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and scripts.
- Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes for large-scale data migration projects.
- Familiarity with various data storage systems, including relational databases (Mimer, SQL Server, etc.) and NoSQL databases (Apache Ignite, Couchbase, MongoDB, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of data migration tools and frameworks.
- Experience with cloud-based database platforms.
- Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles.
- Scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation.
- Have utilized ML/DL technology for ETL process, particularly for paper records.
- Assess and analyze data sources, including old/legacy software and paper records.
- Design and implement efficient data migration strategies.
- Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract, transform, and load data into our database systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business objectives.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security during the migration process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data migration.
