About the Role
- Responsible for leading all aspects of the end-to-end data operations lifecycle, ensuring the integrity, availability, and accuracy of our organizational data.
- Collaborating with cross-functional departments, and implementing efficient data processes.

Data Governance
- Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with data regulations and security protocols.

Data Quality Management
- Establish and make sure data quality standards, conducing regular audits to identify and resolve data issues.
- Implement processes for continuous improvement of data accuracy.

Database Management
- Be responsible for the administration and optimization of databases, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Collaborate with IT to address database-related challenges and implement scalable solutions.
