Data & Performance Analyst

**About the role**

**What You Will Do**
- Analyze and consolidate scattered data to ensure proper organization and centralization.
- Utilize visualization tools such as Tableau and Google Data Studio to create interactive dashboards for data visualization.
- Collaborate with the subsidiaries team to understand their data needs and develop customized solutions.
- Assist in identifying patterns, trends, and insights from the data to support decision-making processes.
- Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

**What You Will Need**
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in creating dashboards and familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.
- Experience working with scattered data and the ability to organize and centralize it effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of analytics and problem-solving techniques to derive insights from data.
- Ability to display a structured thought process in approaching data analysis and problem-solving tasks.

The CEO Office team is responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives and projects across the organization. In this particular project, they are collaborating with the subsidiaries team to improve company performance and develop a centralized dashboard.
