**About the Role**-
**What you will do**
- Be the first point of contact for NakaTroops (ODS and eCommerce) for any data protection and privacy related matters.
- Assess new projects/initiatives to identify any privacy risks and provide recommendations on required privacy measures to be incorporated into products and services to maintain user's privacy.
- Assists with remediation of data protection and privacy control deficiencies.
- Collaborate with various teams in the organization, including business, product and engineering
**What you will need**
- Sound knowledge of personal data protection laws and regulations. At the very minimum, familiarity with Indonesia's UU Pelindungan Data Pribadi.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa (written and spoken).
- Experience in the area of data protection and privacy is highly desirable.
- Related certifications are also an advantage: CIPM, CIPP, CIPT
- Good communication skills as the role requires interaction with various stakeholders.
- Highly motivated to learn and develop, able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- The GoTo DPPO Team focuses on ensuring compliance with prevailing personal data protection laws and regulations along with best practices in protecting the personal data and privacy of individuals in the GoTo ecosystem. The team comprises personnel from various backgrounds (legal, IT/technical, risk and control, etc.) and promotes open communication and strong collaboration. Team members are held accountable for their tasks and are empowered to make changes to make things better.
