This role involves analyzing large datasets to identify trends, develop predictive models, and communicate findings to inform strategic decisions.**Responsibilities**:**Data Analysis**:- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from various sources.- Use statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze data and predict trends.- Develop and implement algorithms and predictive models to solve complex problems.**Collaboration**:- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives.- Translate data-driven insights into actionable business recommendations.- Communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders.**Innovation**:- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science.- Explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance data analysis and modeling capabilities.**Requirements**:**Experience**:- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.- Strong experience in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.- Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL, etc.- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn).**Skills**:- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.- Excellent understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and algorithms.- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.- Experience with data cleaning and preprocessing, and business acumen.- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a minimum of 3.00 GPA- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.- Have 2 years or more experience in related field- Indonesian Citizen- Able to Speak in EnglishAdditional Information:- Hybrid Work, Site location: Sunter, North Jakarta- 1 year contract with 3 months review- Salary up to IDR 12,000,000 (gross)**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Rp9,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- Data Scientist: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)
