To ensure that we are able to serve the nation for another 50 years, we are undergoing a digital transformation; strengthening and expanding our solid business pillars by developing new digital business initiatives.Our vision is to enlight all the people in Indonesia with all the knowledge we have.Collaborate with different functional teams to integrate model and monitor outcomesResearch, benchmark, and implement algorithms of state-of-the-art (SOTA) from assessing research papersDevelop and perform A/B testing framework and test model performancePerform predictive modeling to optimize data insight, Ads targeting, customer experience, revenue generation, and other business outcomesInvolve in end-to-end Machine Learning development lifecycleCraft products and find opportunities out of analyses that are suitable for our business needs.2+ years of experience in modeling and data analysisBS or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.Strong skills in large-scale data analysis and SQLTechnical Expertise in feature engineering, model building, data processing, and statistical analysisExperienced in modeling of user personalization system conventional and advanced approachExpertise in software engineering with respective libraries and hands-on implementation with Python and RExperience with extracting and aggregating data from large datasets using SQL or other toolsFamiliarity with working with AWS Sagemaker environment is a plus
