Database Administrator

The Database Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with Database Administration such as database design, troubleshooting, replication, etc. Database administrator duties include maintaining adherence to a data management policy and ensuring that company databases are functional and backed up in the event of memory loss.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Have a minimum of 3 years experience as IT DBA.

Strong Knowledge in Linux/Unix.

Strong knowledge of database administration and design.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to databases.

Availability and Replication Database, Backup and Recovery database.

Handle in Database Performance, Data Migration, Patch, and Tuning and Optimizing.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Have experience with multiple DB platforms (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, IBM DB2) would be an advantage.

Experience in the Banking/Finance industry is a plus.
