Database Assistant

Perform database cleanup projects upon instruction by Supervisor in the CRM (Salesforce)
- Perform database maintenance project upon instruction by Supervisor
- Prepare raw data for further manipulation from CRM upon request from colleagues
- Assist the Database Associate in monitoring data quality and accuracy
- Run and create various reports in CRM and Power BI in compliance with standard operating procedure
- Assist the Database Associate in documentation and filing/archiving, including SOP
- Performs any other tasks assigned by Supervisor

**Requirement**
- Graduate from University. Having courses in Computer Science, IT service management Information System, or Engineering will be an asset.
- Experience in data manipulation using Excel or similar tools. Knowledge of database/CRM (ideally Salesforce) and/or SQL query will be an advantage.
- Be able to communicate in English.
- Fast learner and pay attention to detail
- Good analytical & logical thinking, innovative, and problem-solving minded
- Familiar with MS Visio is a plus

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rp7,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
