Database Assistant

Job Description
Perform database cleanup projects upon instruction by Supervisor in the CRM (Salesforce)
Perform database maintenance project upon instruction by Supervisor
Prepare raw data for further manipulation from CRM upon request from colleagues
Assist the Database Associate in monitoring data quality and accuracy
Run and create various reports in CRM and Power BI in compliance with standard operating procedure
Assist the Database Associate in documentation and filing/archiving, including SOP
Performs any other tasks assigned by Supervisor
Requirement
Graduate from University. Having courses in Computer Science, IT service management Information System, or Engineering will be an asset.
Experience in data manipulation using Excel or similar tools. Knowledge of database/CRM (ideally Salesforce) and/or SQL query will be an advantage.
Be able to communicate in English.
Fast learner and pay attention to detail
Good analytical & logical thinking, innovative, and problem-solving minded
Familiar with MS Visio is a plus
