Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).
The opportunity: Regional Database Specialist
The Regional Database Specialist has the responsibility to ensure product data availability, accuracy, and cleanliness through its lifecycle to support business processes and data analysis needs. 
To achieve this, he/she will work closely with teams in charge of managing Sephora product offer (Category Managers either at the Regional level or in countries, Merchandising Team), teams in charge of product procurement (Demand Planners and Countries Supply Chain Managers), Logistics Team, Finance Team as well as with the Global Sephora Corporate Data Base Team based in France.
This role will be managing Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Philippines. 
You will shine here if you enjoy… Managing product database (goods for Sale, marketing products like samples, Gratuities) for all Sephora SEA retail and Digital entities: product creation, lifecycle updates such as end of life/discontinuation, supplier information, pricing etc.  Maintaining data integrity, ensuring that all data is updated in accordance with procedures and guidelines, validating data provided by Category Teams and rejecting inaccurate/incomplete information  Managing product assortment in stores to ensure efficient replenishment of stores, ensuring that set-up is correct for newness items and that further assortment changes are properly updated  Providing a control function to ensure data accuracy, consistency and cleanliness on both new items and existing catalogue  Communicating updated information, catalogues, and analysing results regularly and on an ad hoc basis We would love to hear from you if are/have… Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain 3 years of experience in Supply Chain/relevant field related to data will be beneficial  Fluent in English, both written and verbal  Strong analytical skills and able to work with data Possess advanced Excel capabilities  Experience with SAP and Macro is a plus  Strong interpersonal and communication skills  Ability to work across functional areas and levels of the organization Able to influence stakeholders and navigate a matrix set-up Meticulous, proactive and possess learning agility While at Sephora, you'll enjoy...
