De&A Product Development & Policy Manager

Minimum education S1 (in any field);
- Minimum 1 year experience as an electronic product development manager;
- Ability to analyze the electronic product market;
- Understanding of policies related to electronic product and marketing programs; and Possess good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop electronic credit products in line with marketing strategy direction to achieve business targets;
- Manage the market analysis process related to electronic products to develop products and marketing programs;
- Evaluate the performance of products and marketing programs that have been implemented;
- Develop policies related to the implementation of electronic product development and marketing strategies;
- Manage the socialization process and implementation of marketing programs and policies from those programs; and
- Monitor branch sales performance and propose incentive schemes for the entire branch marketing team.
