Debt Collections Manager

**We are seeking to recruit an experienced professional having previously worked in the finance sector, preferrablly for loan-lenders, credit providers or debt collection agencies in Indonesia. **You will be working alongside our growing team of agents to ensure that customer debt is accurately captured, managed and recovered according to industry best practice.

**Key Deliverables**
- Working closely with HQ in establishing annual targets and ensuring the delivery of KPIs.
- Handling all liaision matters with the OJK on behalf of the company
- Create a proactive system to manage customer repayment plans, constantly seeking to improve on the services offered.
- Team management of telephone/online based debt collection agents, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
- Provide guidance to the team on established industry best practice - always ensuring that legal and regulatory requirements are followed.
- Recruiting and training new staff.

**Essential Requirements**
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a manager/leader for a Short-term loan or debt collection agency in Mexico.
- **Possess AFPI/AFTECH license.**:

- A proven track record in successfully developing a team of debt collection agents.
- Start-up or scale-up experience.
- **Fluent and clear spoken English.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Rp20,000,000 - Rp30,000,000 per month
