Manage and optimize key business processes. Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
Expected to Work with mínimal supervision as a team lead to work together and lead a team of Analysts, Developers and Testers.
Assure delivery of the project are within the agreed timeline. Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
Manage full SDLC process from design up to delivery into production. Managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders. Scheduling and facilitating meetings, and decision-making processes.
Train, coach, mentor, assist others in a team effort.
Minimum have Bachelor degree in any related field.
More than 5 years of experience with at least 2 years of working experience in Delivery project.
Have 2 years experience in software engineering, managing diverse engineering team.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with supervisor and peers, as well as, presentation, organizational and planning skills.
Expected to have experience working with an agile development methodology as well as participating in Project sessions and performing user requirements definitions.
Significant experience in eliciting client requirements and needs.
Significant experience in analyzing business process issues and process automation.
An advantage to have the skills, knowledge or experience in java programming, DevOps, API Management, and Cloud Technology.
An advantage to have the experience and knowledge Loyalty Application.
Have knowledge in CI/CD process.
Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills including technical writing skills.
Capacity for self motivation, independent initiative and creative problem solving.
