**Description**:** Role Description:
**The Demand Generation Lead is the team leader for the New Commercialization roles. He / She is expected to develop the team and drive adherence to launch planning cycles. As Demand Generation Lead, he / she is expected to work with DG Effectiveness to plan, design, manage, implement and phase-out a portfolio of demand generation activities that would balance the maximization of conversion and retention targets whilst optimizing farmer reach and productivity.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provides technical services during farmer engagements and meetings
- Drives resolution and investigation of customer complaints related to product performance together with relevant stakeholders
- Co-develops, implements and drives dipstick surveys test recall, retention and DG activity effectiveness
- Supports appropriate stakeholders to set up trials, reviews information to support product performance claims and value proposition
- Develops and drives a standardized process in conducting farmer and channel partner engagements to test and validate message recall and retention, DG design and timing, identify emerging trends in product usage and overall performance up until L+3
- Collaborates and decides with DG Effectiveness to manage menu / portfolio of DG activities, both virtual and F2F, in order to optimize farmer reach whilst driving conversion and retention targets - design of new DG activities with a clear objective and the method to measure its effectiveness, phase-out of specific types of DG activities, etc.
- Works with DG Effectiveness to train, certify and evaluate 3rd party market ignition demand generation and recommend specific intervention to address productivity or effectiveness gaps using relevant processes to assess performance (e.g. 9 Box, etc.)
- Works and decides with DG effectiveness to analyze SmartDox data to work on possible interventions feeding into the E2E sales campaign process
- Manages and develops team of New Commercialization
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum bachelor's degree from Agriculture or related major
- Experience in business agriculture (Sales & Marketing) min 5 year with experience in customer facing role (Marketing, Sales, Product Line Management)
- Ability to collaborate with multiple functions.
- Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results and meet tight schedule deadlines.
