**What will you be engaged in?**
As our **Marketing Performance Lead**, you will have the opportunity to:
- Planning and executing online media campaigns across digital marketing channels (including and not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Google UAC) to increase brand awareness for Trevo Data-driven and Performance Skewed.
- Using customer data to drive the execution of all online marketing campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, optimize and report performance of content and campaigns.
- Support weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual planning and reporting of Performance Marketing.
- Having knowledge and experience in planning and executing content and advertisements across all digital marketing channels in order to create evergreen acquisitions assets.
- Work on and continually optimise SEO and SEM plans Support execution and amplification through integrated campaigns across digital and offline media.
- Facilitating our efforts to test which types of marketing messages, formats (e.g. video ad vs. display ad, A/B Testing), ad types, and earned media formats work best to drive growth as part of testing and optimization.
- Ensure a performance-driven approach in order to optimize our efforts vs results.

- Proven experience in planning and executing online campaigns across various channels.
- Strong focus on data-driven and performance-oriented marketing.
- Proficient in A/B testing and optimizing marketing strategies for growth.
- Adaptable to dynamic environments and brings innovative ideas.
- Track record of delivering measurable results and achieving KPIs.
- Great communication/interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate (read/write) in English
- Willing to be hands on as needed and proactively assume responsibilities and ownership including the ability to project manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing and ambiguous environments.
- Possess SQL skills is a plus
