Demand Planner

Collaborate internally & externally with commercial, operations and distributors to drive monthly forecast on sellout, shipment and inventory target using unconstrained demand forecasting with alignment with marketing strategy and assumptions.- Facilitate timely Demand Consensus process and escalate issues through Sales and Operations Planning process- Demand & Supply planning to support product availability in distributor while maintaining inventory level as per agreement- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration activities (with commercial team) to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated commercial assumptions and understand sales forecast drivers- Monitor stock in each distributor branches, ensuring there are adequate supplies to support sales plan/forecast including distributor stock deployment delivery plan to each branches.- Identify stock replenishment process in conjunction with each district sales manager, and to respond to stock concerns where relevant.
