**A day of life of**
- Category Co-Pilot, link to BEO representing Ensuring Supply area in alignment with Business Priorities
- Ensure that DSP team is aligned with Category/Region/Zone/Corporate Priorities and Objectives
- Manage and maintain, together with Corporate DSP Manager, a skilled and motivated team of planners (Demand, Supply, IMS, Events)
- Manage the relationship and the effective flow of information between the DSP function and the internal Business Partners (BU and SC) as well as with key stakeholders (Technical, Sales, Finance, HR)
- Effectively contribute, together with Corporate DSP Manager, to the Nestle Competitive Planning solution by active participation in SBR (Strategic Business Review), MBP (Monthly Business Planning), DF (Dynamic Forecast), AVC (Annual Volume Commitment), ACE (Annual Cost Estimate) processes
- Identify gaps in demand and supply for medium
- and long-term plans and suggest actions to bridge this gap. Ensuring information flow to Management committee to support decision making process for capacity enhancement and problem resolution.
- Increase "speed to market" through effective coordination of Innovation & Renovation process and execution.
