Depot Acquisitions Specialist

**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential depot locations, including analyze market trends, demographics, and competition to assess the viability of each location.
- Evaluate prospective depot properties, considering factors such as size, location, accessibility, and overall suitability for the company's needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners or landlords to facilitate successful acquisitions.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of depot acquisition projects and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Business, or relevant fields
- Previous experience in warehouse or outlet acquisitions or related roles
- A swift strategic thinker who can identify and analyze data utilizing technologies and tools
- Able to communicate well with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
