Depot Manager

Oversee the daily operations of the depot, including scheduling, production planning, and inventory management.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the depot and staff to ensure that it is always in top condition
- Maintaining an inventory of raw materials and ensuring that production processes are able to continue without delays and waste
- Create and maintain budgets, financial reports, and other records to ensure that the depot is operating profitably.
- Able to hire, train and supervise staff, including setting performance targets and monitoring performance
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, design, and engineering to ensure that depot meets company goals

**Requirements**:

- Maximum age 30 years old
- Have at least 2 years experience in F&B/FMCG/Production/Logistics as team leader
- Minimum Diploma/D3 any in discipline
- Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and POSITIVE attitude
- Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST
- Must be a highly committed individual that is detail and systems oriented
- Understand and able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members

**Salary**: From Rp6,000,000 per month
