Fulfillment and Logistic**Depot Supervisor**:

**General Overview**
- The Depot Supervisor will plan, organize, and manage warehouses and distribution centre for efficiency in both operations and capacity for the company's proposal. This role will report directly to the National Fulfilment Manager.**Roles and responsibilities**
- Accurately restock incoming items, logging items as required.
- Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy.
- File requests for necessary items when stock is low.
- Pull and process orders, following warehouse standard operating procedures, FIFO protocol, and logging items as required.
- Liaise daily with 3P.
- Demonstrate commitment to all safety standards at all times.
- Perform inventory control checks, including monthly stock counts with the finance team.
- Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.
- Use equipment properly and maintain it as needed.
- Keep neat and orderly records of all incoming and outgoing orders.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Communicate actively with management; report any order discrepancies or general issues to management ASAP.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, business management, engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a supervisor in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent in a similar industry.
- Having good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Critical thinking skills and knowledge of analytics.
- Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Good conflict resolution skills.
- Willing to be placed in Makassar, South Sulawesi
