Deputy Country Manager - Npo - Remote Work (B-85094)

PersyaratanMust have a graduate and a post-graduate degree.Minimum of 10 years of work experience in HSE with at-least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in têxtile, garment, apparel and accessories industries.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English (business level).Well-networked with the ethical trade & corporate sustainability fraternity from multiple global brands & retailers.Proven ability to establish strong relationships and build rapport with stakeholders and clients.Ability to think conceptually around complex issues.Experience in project management and leadership of teams.Prior engineering experience, NEBOSH IGC or similar safety certifications would be a bonus.Willingness to travel.Possess general knowledge and understanding of the Indonesian têxtile and apparel industry.Strong representational and diplomatic skills, alongside with intercultural competence, vision, and commitment to the company mission.Must have knowledge or experience in establishing new company.(Only CV in English will be processed) Tanggung JawabResponsible for strong collaboration and to manage relationship with key stakeholders, brand participants and with third-party audit and training service providers.Supports the Country Manager in representing Company at National Stakeholder Committee meetings, Social Responsibility events, Industry Associations, and Brand-Collaboration forums.
