ICC Indonesia is recruiting a Deputy Director - Arbitration and ADR to raise the profile of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and ICC Dispute Resolution Services in the region, help acquire new users and expand existing user relationships.

ICC Indonesia, one of ICC's national committees, is currently recruiting a **Deputy** **Director - Arbitration and ADR** to raise the profile of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and ICC Dispute Resolution Services in the region, help acquire new users and expand existing user relationships. The role will be **based in Jakarta at ICC Indonesia**.
**The role**
Working closely with the Director of Arbitration and ADR - South Asia, you will:
- Work together with other ICC national committees in the region to develop awareness, knowledge and use of ICC Arbitration and other dispute resolution services
- Understand and report local user needs in terms of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution services
- Organise and participate in conferences and events, meetings, training sessions and Young Arbitrator and ADR Forum (YAAF) events
- Deliver presentations to key players in the legal and business communities (including government representatives, in-house counsels and lawyers)
- Draft marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations, sponsorship brochures and flyers, and coordinate the budget for ICC dispute resolution events in the region
- Prepare articles, correspondence and other materials to promote ICC Dispute Resolution Services
- Undertake research on latest developments in arbitration and prepare statistical reports with focus on South Asia
- Build and maintain social media presence in Indonesia.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in law with at least two years of post-qualification experience, preferably with knowledge of dispute resolution, particularly international arbitration in Indonesia
- Appetite for business development, ideally supported by some experience in marketing/sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in written as well as spoken English. Fluency in other languages widely spoken in South Asia would also be desirable
- Be well-organised and proactive, able to work autonomously
- Able to travel
- Proficient in MS Office programmes
- Social media savvy
