Deputy Product Manager

Making good selection on products regarding universities and colleges in the allocated countries
- Continuously seeking for new collaboration/partnership that will add value to our

existing portfolio
- Be a mediator for management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Negotiate with partner institution for agency agreement and reasonable target along with incentive bonus.
- Monitoring sales progress, determine the focus and priority for sales for our partner institutions
- Devising marketing and sales strategy across all partner institutions, such as: Concepting event - Planning, Timing, Theme, Budget, Media & promotion, participants, Special offers, logistic monitorin g (requesti ng, compatibility, quantity)
- Event Management - assign PlG, collaborate with RSM/DDSP for event success
- Evaluation (reporting, result, quality of event, number of paffcipants)
- Deliver training and Praduct Knowledge to counsellors, admissions, managers and branch directors
- Actively provide sources of information (content) for SCN, digital channels related to institutions and countries including education centers, official government websites, etc
- Monthly sales report and review with DDSP
- Monthly sales reviewwith branch directors/BM/ABM
- Managing annual institution & PM budget
- Feedback and benchmarking on competitors' activities and strategies; Iocally and globally
- Market breakthrough
- Aggressively pursuing external collaboration fINE's, study tour, etc.
