Design Manager

Job Description
Conducts preliminary survey of OSP, selects OSP models, outputs preliminary survey reports, and prepares OSP BOM and BOQ.
Participates in the review of the preliminary OSP report, OSP engineering solution, and OSP technical solution.
Assists the engineering cost manager in analysing OSP costs.
Assesses the risks of OSP engineering, and formulates risk response strategies.
Formulates line design templates, and standardizes the output contents and requirements of line design.
Conducts detailed site survey of OSP, selects OSP models according to the preliminary report, outputs survey reports, and prepares survey sketches.
Fully understand topology and standards of backbone and FTTH OSP Design & Planning
Carry out detailed OSP field survey and OSP as-plan design independently, output survey report, BOM, APD and BOQ;
Technical consultation and clarification with customers and partners for design input/output.
Design change or optimization during OSP implementation.
Review ABD and BOQ follow the update redline.
Conduct Design Review Meeting with client.
Requirement
Have min. 3-4 years experiences in telecommunication industry, especially OSP SND FTTH experience.
Good English communication skills.
Experience handling Subcontractors Design & Planning requirement.
Sense of responsibility, able to stand certain pressure.
