Desk Collection Manager

Prepare and make regular adjustments to the collection process and procedures in the Collection Policy.

Analyze data/portfolio to produce actionable insights to reduce bad debts and increase credit recovery.

Ensure that all billing strategies and activities are in accordance with company policies, billing code of ethics, and implementation of disciplinary actions if needed.

Manage and track operations, efficiency and effectiveness of billing activities on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, conduct regular meetings with related teams and stakeholders to ensure target communication and case discussions.

Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for the development of a digital collection system.

Supervise, monitor and report regularly on billing activities carried out by the collection team.

Lead, develop and motivate the collection team to develop capacity and capability to ensure the achievement of business goals

Create a SOP combine to regulation OJK
Minimum 4 years as Desk Collection Manager

Have experiences in Fintech Company

Have strong ability to manage and lead team

Minimum Bachelor's Degree of any fields

Able to speak English will be preferable
