Development Manager

Oversee all aspect of the product's development, including design, testing and maintenance.- Manage cross-functional developer lead and team members in engineering including backend, frontend, mobile app, testing engineers.- Be responsible for tasks assignments and progress management for the engineering team.- Overall responsibility for development and rollout of any changes to IT systems to support new business requirements, or new integration requirements.- Participate in the requirements analysis and function design of key technical modules, and be responsible for the integrity and stability of the system.- Code review and optimization.- Set goals and objectives for development team, based on company business objectives.- Have a good experience in large-scale software development as Fullstack- Developer and agile delivery for over 5+ years.- Must have programming background Java spring boot.- Experienced with various software delivery models and Agile/SCRUM project management methodologies.- Have experience in hiring and managing a team of software developers.- He/she will also be able to understand and evaluate the key value drivers of the businesses and overall organization.- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, can speak Mandarin will be a plus."Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
