A DevOps Engineer works with engineers and Product team to oversee the code releases, combining an understanding of both engineering and coding. From creating and implementing automation systems and analyzing data to improve existing ones, a DevOps Engineer increases productivity in the workplace. They understand the software development lifecycle and have a clear understanding of various automation tools for developing digital pipelines (CI or CD pipelines). Responsibilities Be a part of the Cloud Infrastructure team and responsible to build and maintain Cloud infrastructures. Working closely with the other software engineers across the product level team to support their infrastructure provisions and accesses. Contribute to the day to day engineering excellence and solve production issues according to the given SLA. Requirements You are expected to scale up Moladin infrastructure orbuild it from scratch in cloud environment. Familiar with Google Cloud Platform and AWS is a must. Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization is a must. Awareness of building a cost optimized infrastructure. Building CI or CD pipelines for Backend, Front-end, and Mobile stack. Writing scripts for deployments, service quality analysis, system alerting, and monitoring. Manage the Moladin network infrastructure and maintain access privilege. Build an scalable infrastructure that helps the system to handle foreseeable traffic. Become a language agnostic and able to adopt new programming language. Think pragmatic, open-minded, and give a constructive feedback to the peers. Having experience in Cloud Security is plus.
