Creating visually captivating designs, layouts and art works for various mediums.
- Keen understanding of the brand ethos and brand guidelines.
- Should be able to provide direction, brainstorm and be a mentor to a team of young creatives.
- Should be an expert in visual storytelling and must be able to generate storyboards for films/videos using tools like Midjourney, DALLE, Leonardo etc.
- Must have a good understanding of social media, various social trends and the ability to adapt designs for the digital medium.
- Preferably have previous experience in the milk category. Experience in CPG, baby products or baby care will be a plus.
- Have a solid portfolio of work done across various categories and brands.
- Agency experience is a must
- Should be willing to thrive in a fast paced work environment and meet all deadlines.
- Should be okay sitting out of the clients office and have the ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders in the brand team in order to be a dependable brand custodian.
- Must have the ability to create short format videos/reels/shorts.
- Must be able to leverage modern AI tools to improve efficiency and overall quality of work.
- Bachelor of Graphic Designer or equivalent
- Having spent at least 5- 6 years in an advertising agency (mandatory) and working on known brands and integrated campaigns, including digital.
- Fluency in English is a must
- Have a solid portfolio of work done across various categories and brands.
