?? Job Role Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand visibility across various online platforms. Implement effective digital campaign strategies to boost brand awareness and audience engagement. Manage, develop, and conceptualize engaging marketing content including video testimonials, video ads, company profiles, employee branding, etc. Coordinate with vendors for video editing, providing feedback, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Analyze the performance data of digital campaigns and social media regularly to understand trends, identify opportunities, and make improvement recommendations. Represent the company in marketing materials such as videos, testimonials, and social media posts as needed. Regularly update and monitor social media channels, actively responding to comments and messages, and fostering community interaction. Stay updated about social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to enhance overall strategy. Support the coordination of marketing events and promotions. ?? Requirements Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Public Relation, Business, or a related field. Having 1-2 experience in digital marketing, content planning, using video editing tools, and navigating social media platforms. Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable being in front of a camera. Creative thinker with the ability to align content with brand messaging.
