Digital Creative Director reports to the Head of Digital & Chief Creative Officer and is responsible for creative leadership of Accenture Song Brand Indonesia. This role is a senior creative role and as such the creative vision and influence of Digital Creative Director will be felt across the entire group. (As the agency moves toward a more integrated way of working, this influence may become more formalized depending upon the interest/skill set of the Digital Creative Director)
- Create and decide the creative direction of an advertising campaign.
- Directly manage the creative team from concept to completion of the projects.
- Lead creative strategy and development of all creative campaigns ensuring a consistent brand across channels.
- Remain current on emerging trends in digital technology to incorporate new technologies into your creative strategy.
- Manage production timelines, vendor relationships, and quality or cost controls.
- Communicate cross-functionally to understand creative needs.
**Job Qualification**
- At least 8 years of experience in content creation/advertising. Understanding of brand marketing and media communication, preferably from agency environment.
- Experience developing strategically grounded, insight-driven, creative applied in mobile, digital and offline media.
- Proven ability to translate data into meaningful insights that inform creative decisions.
- Have the ability to communicate a compelling idea and gain acceptance from a larger audience in the creative review process.
- Deep craft experience in the creative discipline and highly conceptual and strategic abilities to make ambitious and compelling campaigns.
- Ability to mentor, guide and motivate the Creative Team working under tight deadlines. Should be focused primarily on building a team.
- Ability to creative direct work, handle a pool/vendor and ensure high quality creative work is delivered on time, on budget. Also excited by the opportunities presented by new media and keen to experiment.
