Creating Content: Able to produce interesting and relevant content for social media platforms such as text, images, videos and infographics.
- Content Research: Able to conduct research to identify relevant trends and topics in our industry.
- Social Media Strategy: Plan and implement an effective social media strategy to expand reach and increase audience engagement.
- Account Management: Manage and optimize our social media accounts, including scheduling and posting content, increasing followers, interacting with users, and maintaining brand reputation online.
- Analysis and Reporting: Conduct social media performance analysis, identify trends and opportunities, and compile reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Event Promotion: Promoting events by producing promotional media such as banner designs, posters, etc.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and design teams to integrate social media strategies with other marketing activities.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management, including use of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Ability to operate editing software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Able to create and edit graphics, optimize images/videos, and combine design elements with social media content to create content that is interesting, innovative, and relevant to the target audience.
- Have experience in committee/event organization in organizational events/seminars, especially in the marketing/marketing/communication division.
- Ability to conduct effective content research and analyze social media data to inform content strategy and decision making.
- Good communication skills both verbally and in writing to convey messages clearly and effectively to the audience.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work within tight deadlines, and manage work efficiently.
