Requirements:
- 3 ~ 5 years of experience in the e-commerce, fashion, or entertainment industries, targeting teenagers and 20-somethings.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong visual and creative skills, and proficiency in design software and have capability for simple video editing.
- Fluency in English (MUST)
- A passion for design and marketing, and a track record of creating engaging and effective designs.

- Content Creation and Management: Create engaging and relevant digital content for various platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging. Manage content calendars and collaborate with design teams for multimedia assets.
- SEO and Website Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and improve website performance. Continuously assess and optimize website content, structure, and user experience for maximum impact.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and interpret key performance indicators. Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and initiatives.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices. Recommend and implement innovative approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
