What You Will Do
a) Perform market research, identifying trends and market opportunities around TikTok;
b) Track data against revenue targets on a daily basis and provide the overall narrative and data-driven next
steps/ suggestions.
c) Design and execute marketing campaigns including visuals and tiktok content, social media videos, video
animation, interactive websites, etc.
d) Adapt creative assets to different formats/dimensions as required for various platform placements
e) Collaborate cross-functionally (strategy, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth business operations;
f) Identify growth opportunities within the industry and engage strategically alongside with the different areas
of the business with a clear roadmap for execution;
g) Suggest potential changes, strategies and business processes to senior management using analytics to
support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes;
h) Work closely with the marketing team and other designers to provide creative support during campaign /
creative conceptualization
i) Ensure consistency in brand identity for all media touchpoints
j) Provide ad-hoc support to the marketing team
What You Will Need
a) Fluency in English (highly preferred) and Bahasa Indonesia
b) Able to commit on a full-time basis
**c) Deep knowledge of Adobe creative suite**: Photoshop, illustrator and Tiktok
d) Videography experience and proficiency with video-editing software preferred
e) Understanding of Canva, microsoft suite and video editing softwares such as Capcut
f) Fast learner and able to adapt to changes. Having a positive attitude and willingness to learn are
important;
g) Communication skills are key - the ability to convince and to deliver are a plus;
h) A committed team player, responsible and able to work independently with mínimal supervision;
i) Ability to meet deadlines; and
j) Experience in the pet/pet care industry is not a mandatory requirement, but a plus.
