Weshine is hiring for our client (VAP Advisory Pte Ltd), based in Singapore, for a digital remote role. VAP Advisory Pte Ltd is a financial planning and insurance agency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize digital marketing advertisements on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Develop engaging ad creatives and persuasive ad copy tailored to each platform.
- Create organic social media and digital content to foster community growth and increase engagement.
- Perform client identification and procurement through targeted outreach on LinkedIn.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to maximize campaign performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2 years) in digital marketing with a focus on managing advertisements across multiple social media platforms.
- Proficiency in creating ad creatives and copywriting for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with digital advertising tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop organic social media and digital content that drives engagement and growth.
- Experience in client acquisition through LinkedIn or similar platforms is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- This is remote role. Client is based in Singapore and the social media audience is in Singapore.
