We do this through an on-ground network of micro collectors and retailers, supported by our digital platforms. Our team spans across Indonesia, Singapore, and India.**Purpose of Position**
- As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for leading the digital marketing team tasked with growing, activating, and retaining our network of farmers and partners (micro collectors and retailers) through digital channels. This role will require you to develop and execute Digital Marketing strategies across multiple channels (social, in-app, paid/performance) for multiple GEOS in Indonesia, and across multiple products and services (3 apps, and 4 services). You will need to work with this core digital marketing team to optimise the end to end customer lifecycle; Acquisition, Activation, Retention, and Re-engagement through our digital channels.This is a lead role within the growth and marketing organisation at Jiva. You will lead a team of 6 digital marketers across different disciplines, and will answer directly to the growth and marketing manager for Jiva Indonesia. You will be expected to provide strategic recommendations for the structure and growth of the digital marketing team, and will run performance and appraisal review cycles for the team, to ensure that all team members are growing in their roles.**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute Digital Marketing strategies and campaigns to grow our network of farmers and partners, including through campaigns, promotion schemes, social media content, in-app strategies, website content, SEO/SEM and a range of other digital channels. All strategies should be developed with the consideration that the target audience is rural farming communities.
-Refine the brand messaging and communication strategies for our farmer, micro collector, and retailer customers
-Manage and mentor a digital marketing team to execute campaigns, as well further developing the Growth department and function within the company
-Manage vendors and agencies to execute the campaigns at scale
-Manage the digital marketing component of the budget, ensuring that spend is optimised for maximum impact
-Optimise the acquisition and activation funnel to improve CAC and overall activation and retention rates
-Track key growth metrics and use data to make decisions
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and bring new ideas to the table
**Requirements**:
Bachelors degree in marketing / media and communications / digital media /computer science, or other relevant degree
-At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a tech/startup company or FMCG company in a digital marketing role
-At least 1 year of experience managing digital marketing teams greater than 3 people and working with cross-disciplinary teams
-Experience managing a digital marketing budget
-Experience in handling marketing for rural target market, low-income earners or micro/small businesses (MSMEs) would be preferred
-Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies for Mobile App adoption and activation is a must. Experience in driving lead acquisition / mass-scale recruitment is a bonus.
-Experience in managing digital marketing across web, performance, social, and search channels
-Strong understanding of Digital Marketing channel best practices and emerging trends
-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-Strong analytical skills and ability to use and transform data to make decisions
-Fluency (or at least business proficiency) in both English and Bahasa Indonesian is a must
**KPIs**:
Improve current CAC for farmer, retailers, and micro collectors across channels
Improve current retention rates, and size of installed user base across Jiva's products and services
-Ownership and delivery of key growth metrics for digital channels
-Experimentation delivery and tracking

-Mentoring and coaching the team to achieve outsized results
