Digital Marketing Manager

Design, build and maintain our social media presence- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.- Train teams to achieve the targets set and ensure that the team achieves the KPIs set by the company.- Report the performance of each marketer & find solutions for employees who do not achieve the set performance.**Salary**: From Rp9,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- D1-D4 (preferred)**Experience**:- Digital Marketing: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- ENGLISH (preferred)- MALAY (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 75% (preferred)
