Digital Marketing Manager

Drive awareness, consideration, acquisition, and engagement across all digital channels (Meta, Google, Tiktok, Twitter, Linkedin, Third Party Ads)
- Research the digital trend
- Implemmenting and monitoring digital and social media campaigns by regularly tracking, measuring, and revising campaigns based on performance to optimize ROI
- Responsible for tracking and reporting on digital programs and platforms, including social media pages and paid campaigns
- In collaboration with the creative team, provide direction/brief to create interesting and relevant content for paid ads and community post in line with the organization's overall brand and communication strategy
- Handle day-to-day digital marketing operations, as well as BAU and paid campaign budgets and schedules
- Coordinate with sales team to provide digital sales tracker

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in digital media, marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years experiences in digital marketing
- Solid knowledge of web and apps analytics (Google Aanalytics, Firebase, Google Tag Manager, and Appsflyer)
- Advanced experiences with social media ads (Meta, Tiktok, Twitter) and Google ads
- Knowladge of the latest media trends
- Basic budgeting skills to reconcile paid digital media placements with the available budget
- Have knowledge in digital community management is preferable

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak

Gaji: Rp10.000.000 - Rp11.000.000 per bulan
