As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for leading to create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to boost growth.
**Core Functions**
- Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEM, Amazon CPAS, meta ads and TikTok traffic buying ads (a MUST) to boost brand awareness and increase conversion
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis
- Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages and user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation
- Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3+ years working experience performance marketing in retail businesses (beauty industry is a plus)
- Hands-on experience to do TikTok, meta and amazon traffic buying
- Strong data and analytical skills.
- Flexible and willing to experience challenges.
- Sensible and fast learners in products, propose and integrate e-commerce strategy as part of the business brand plan
- High independent with enterprise mindset
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
**Salary**: From Rp11,000,000 per month
