**Key Responsibilities**:
- Campaign Management Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Customer Understanding Conduct in-depth research to understand our target audience, their needs, and preferences
- Create customer personas to tailor marketing strategies effectively
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure customer-centric messaging and campaigns
- Website Analysis: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to assess website performance and user behavior
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance user experience and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results for data-driven decisions
- Root Cause Analysis Investigate underperforming campaigns or website issues by conducting root cause analysis
- Develop solutions and strategies to address identified issues. Continuously improve and optimize digital marketing efforts based on beneficial outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, Brand partners, vendors, and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with rand collaboration and stakeholder management as key responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Manager position
- Customize it further as needed to suit your company's specific requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing minimum 4 years' experience
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture similar tools)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
