Job Summary:
Seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing, PR, and Communications efforts within the travel trade industry. Responsible for overseeing the Marketing team, planning and executing marketing strategies for Trails of Indochina and associated brands. Collaborate with the CEO to develop annual marketing plans, set clear goals, and monitor performance. Coordinate with various departments to create promotional materials, manage digital marketing platforms, and ensure timely delivery of marketing communications. Drive continual improvement and stay updated on industry trends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Marketing, PR, and Communications for the travel trade industry.
- Develop annual marketing plans in alignment with business goals.
- Set and monitor goals for the Marketing team.
- Supervise team members and delegate tasks effectively.
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Oversee recruitment and termination of Marketing staff.
- Create compelling content for PR and marketing promotions.
- Coordinate with other departments to produce promotional packages.
- Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, newsletters, and website.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and communications.
- Maintain TOI's online presence and audit marketing collaterals.
- Identify PR and media opportunities and coordinate responses.
- Develop and circulate branding guidelines.
- Assist with trade show preparation and attend industry events.
- Provide regular reports on marketing activities and promotions.
- Identify areas for improvement and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Stay updated on industry trends through seminars and events.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in Marketing management, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing and advertising trends.
- Willingness to travel for industry events and seminars.

**Salary**: From Rp23,417,175 per month
