We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead and manage our digital marketing department, ensuring the development and implementation of innovative digital marketing strategies that effectively promote our company's products, services, and brand, aligning with the company's strategic objectives and contributing to its growth and profitability.

What are your responsibilities?

**Team Leadership and Management**: Lead and manage the digital marketing team, defining clear objectives and KPIs, delegating tasks effectively, and ensuring high levels of team performance and development. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven team culture.

**Market and Trends Analysis**: Continuously analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges. Utilize insights to adjust digital marketing strategies and tactics, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.

**Performance Analysis and Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and activities against goals (ROI and KPIs), using data analysis to drive decisions and improve performance over time.

**Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, product development, customer service) to ensure the digital marketing strategy complements and enhances overall business strategy. Act as a digital marketing thought leader within the organization, advising on best practices and emerging digital trends.

**Risk Management and Compliance**: Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry and legal standards and guidelines. Proactively manage risks associated with digital marketing activities, including data protection and privacy concerns.
What do you need to bring to the table?

Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

A minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing management, preferably in a similar industry or market.

Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments and challenges.
