- Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, cooling equipment, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
