Digital Marketing (Senior Ads Specialist)

Creating proposal decks and pitching for new clients.
- Create a performance marketing strategy and plan for potential clients.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze website traffic and performance data, provide insights and recommendations for client pitches.
- Brainstorm new and creative ads performance marketing strategies
- Work closely with the sales, account and digital strategist / marketing team to deliver good proposals and pitch for potential clients and eventually increase closing rate.
- Manage and handle performance ads marketing campaigns for clients which industry can be variant.
- Set up campaigns, providing insights, and reporting for the clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven working in performance marketing minimum 2 - 3 years experience, preferably from an agency.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (example: google analytics, pixel, google conversions tracking, etc)
- Solid knowledge and experience in paid ads (Google, Meta, Tiktok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Etc)
- Having experience in programmatic or partner relationships with 3rd party advertisers will be an advantage bonus.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing paid ads.
- Develop performance marketing / paid ads strategies that align with client's business objectives, target audience, and budget.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends, emerging technologies and best practices in online marketing and measurement to be offered to new clients.
- Have a vast knowledge and insight regarding performance marketing industry
