Digital Marketing - Social Media

Job Description:- Planning, and collaborating for our social media activities (Live Tiktok, Marketplaces, Instagram, etc)- Searching & Collaborating with KOL & our vendors for business developments & partnership- Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics- Collaborate with internal teams to manage a website or social media channels to optimize the user experience- Present reports and realistic forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis to Digital Marketing Manager- Responsible for any ad-hoc projects from users and teams**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree majoring in marketing, advertising, or related majors.- Min 1-3 years experience in performance marketing is required (Set up Google analytics, Facebook/IG ads, Marketplace ads/keywords), both B2B and/or B2C are preferred- Experience in HTML and CSS will be a plus- Experience in using CRM (Qontak, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc)- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to constantly innovate processes- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices- Proficient in English, both oral and written**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
