Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

**Description**:
**What You Will Do**
- Build and execute social media strategy through research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Plan, generate, curate, create, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images or video) that inspire users and support vendors' business
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content and campaigns
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate and coordinate actions with other departments (sales, creative, event team, etc)
- Appear as brand's persona through social media content and/or live event (Live hosting, talent in content production, VO talent)
- Provide customer servicing by responding to DM or messages sent through social media
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

**What This Role Needs**
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Excellent writing, editing, producing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
