**About the role**
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who has an eye for details and enjoys expanding their skillsets. You will be responsible for marketing efforts for leads generation, and brand awareness, and optimizing effective campaign targeting and performance measurement.
**What You Will Do**
- Planning content for the brokerages social media relatable for optimization and ads (working closely with Social Media Specialist & creative team)
- Plan and execute digital marketing channels (SEM, social media, and any other competency in digital marketing will be advantageous)
- Optimize all digital marketing channels and ads material across digital placement
- Identify paid ads strategies, campaign forecasts, and tactics to drive lead generation and improve key metrics
- Analyze, measure, and report ads performance to ensure meeting the KPIs
**What You Will Need**
- Proven working experience in digital marketing on an intermediate level (must provide portfolio)
- Able to use digital platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager, any other platform or tools will be an advantage
- Able to use Google Spreadsheets daily for reporting purposes
- Strong analytical skills in online marketing strategy and data-driven thinking
- Update to the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
