_Duties and Responsibilities:_
**1. Website, SEO & SEM**:
- Creating visual concepts and content for the Company's website
- Continuous website management and bug fix
- Page optimization for search engine marketing
- Develop optimization strategies that increase the Company's website search engine results rankings and lead generation
- Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery and optimization for new relevant keywords to use throughout the Company website and marketing materials
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Create and execute link building strategy
- Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions to improve website search results
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
**2. Social Media**:
- Creating visual concepts for the Company's social media
- Create the daily schedule for various social media profiles
- Maintaining the online branding presence and reputation of the Company
- Create, manage and improve the advertisement campaigns on Google and Social Media channels
- Monitor social media and Google Analytics
**4. Others**:
- Create and manage content for other forms of digital communication.
- Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviours and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and implement them in Company marketing campaigns.
- Creating catalogues, presentations, videos for various products and services
- Write monthly newsletters
- Collaborate in event organizations
- Education Requirements & Qualification (preferred Soft Skills)_
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or any related field.
- Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends.
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
- Ability to analyse consumer metrics, reports, and trends.
- Strong project management and managerial skills.
- Excellent English oral and written communication and copywriting skills.
- Other Requirements (preferred Hard Skills Qualification)_
- In-depth knowledge of current digital trends.
- Experience in digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software.
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research.
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data.
- Proven SEO experience.
- Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns.
