The role is a 360 digital marketing role implementing campaigns, planning launches, and developing marketing assets to promote our service, product, event, or campaign. The **Digital Marketing Specialist** will display solid interpersonal skills and understands marketing, sales and customer needs. You are expected to develop innovative strategies to encourage collaboration among teams to achieve business goals.

**What you will be doing**:
- Strategic planning, execution, and project management of successful holistic digital marketing campaigns with SEO as the foundation and integrated with SEM and Social
- Collate data and metrics, track the performance of marketing campaigns, social media/digital platform engagements and traffic to the website
- Research and monitor social media of competitors, identify new digital marketing/product trends and improvements
- Act as the support to the Marketing team and continuously develop skills and expertise in the field
**What we are looking for**:
- 2+ years of proven working experience in social/digital marketing including content marketing, and social and digital ad campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Proficient in B2B digital marketing campaigns—Online advertising on LinkedIn, Facebook
- Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and website analytics tools as well as the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, EDM Marketing, etc
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Strong project management skills to build relationships with executives in partners' organizations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and independent thinker who is ready to take on initiatives without constant supervision
- Strong passion for delivering results, meticulous and having attention to details.
