Digital Marketing Specialist

PT Astra Digital Arta, also known as AstraPay is part of Astra International. AstraPay available to support current digital transactions trends for Indonesian people.

1. Identify paid ads strategies, campaign forecasts, tactics, and channels to drive new user acquisition, activation, and retention.

2. Overseeing all aspects of digital marketing including Performance Marketing, SEO, and social media paid campaigns.

3. Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize for results

4. Collaborate with other marketing team members to create and execute marketing campaigns

5. Responsible to create insights that can support the achievement of targets and progress of the company

6. Conducting surveys to get Voice of Customers
1. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing. Fresh graduate welcome to apply.

2. Familiar with digital marketing tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO Tools.

3. Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Power BI, Google Data Studio and Google Analytics.

3. High proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.

4. Min. Bachelor Degree from any major (Marketing, Business, Mathematics & Statistics is a plus)
