Digital Marketing Specialist

**What you will do**:

- Work closely with Content Strategist and other leads to develop digital marketing strategies
- Develop a digital marketing strategy reflecting on the indicator, tracking changes, and monitoring the competition
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
- Prepare reports on findings on Paid Activation while illustrating data with graphs & translating the complex result into written texts that are clear & understandable
- Identify improvement opportunities of growth & effectiveness of each Growth & Activation channel
- Help Growth & Activation team to run AB Test & provide analysis results

**If you're**:

- Fresh graduate in marketing or a related field
- Have sufficient knowledge of websites and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, FB Ads, Pixel, WebTrends, etc.)
and A/B and multivariate experiments
- Self-motivated yet costumer focused
- Highly creative
- Good communication skills

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: Rp3,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Digital Marketing: 1 year (required)
